C.E.S.A.R has a team specializing in Interactive Digital TV Technologies (TVDi) that has been working with domestic and international projects since 2004. The team performs innovation research as it applies to the generation of interactive content, media convergence, support software (middleware) and testing.

Our researchers have been active participants of the Brazilian Digital TV System (SBTVD), assisting the Middleware Technical Group (Ginga) in the elaboration and review of standards. It also has partnered with TV stations, cable TV operators, manufacturers and content producers leveraging the Center’s expertise in other technologies such as: DVB (Europe), OCAP/ACAP (United States) and OpenTV (a cable TV leader).

Always in step with market trends, the team researched converging solutions (TV, Internet, Mobility), Broadband TV (Widgets and Gadgets), IPTV and Intelligent (adaptive and content-aware).

This body of knowledge allows C.E.S.A.R to supply consulting services on issues such as security, usability, productive chain and middleware, development of interactive and convergent solutions, testes (including certification) and mobility.
