C.E.S.A.R – Recife Center for Advanced Studies and Systems is a private institution that creates products, services and companies using Information Technology and Communication (ITC).

Since 1996, C.E.S.A.R has been developing products and services covering the entire innovation process – from ideation to project execution – for the telecommunications, electronics, commercial automation, finance, media, energy, health, and agro-business industries.

C.E.S.A.R has 400 collaborators whose R&D skills help our clients take their business to another level by creating and implementing innovative solutions based on information technology.

Motorola, Samsung, Vivo, Oi, Positivo, Dell, Visanet, Bematech, Bradesco, Unibanco, Banco Central do Brasil, Siemens, Philips, CHESF and the Federal Water Board (ANA) are just some of the enterprises that currently work or have contracted C.E.S.A.R services to perform studies,  prototyping and to develop solutions for their business. C.E.S.A.R’s partnership with multinational corporations has provided unique experiences. Some of these initiatives are:

- Assisted Motorola in the creation of that company’s Brazil Test Center for verification and validation of cell phone software sold worldwide;
- Participation in the Instinct Project with the European Community for the development of Digital TV technologies;
- A partnership with IBM in the development of solutions at OSGi Alliance, an international consortium for the development of a process that ensures interoperability of applications and services based on its integration platform;
- Partnership with Intel, Popcatcher, AW-G and Sensaura for the development of technology to capture songs in real time with the use of artificial intelligence.

C.E.S.A.R is part of Porto Digital, an ITC environment of entrepreneurship, innovation and business. Located in the State of Pernambuco, Porto Digital is a cluster of over 100 companies housed in picturesque downtown Recife.
